Affirmations

I’ve learned in the Uplevel Lifestyle program to write down and say out loud daily affirmations. This is a way to increase your vibration with constant repetition. When you do this every day it becomes a habit.

For example, lets say you want to earn more than one million dollars a year. So every day you can write ‘I’m so happy and grateful now that I earn over one million dollars a day.’ After writing this, along with other goals you may have, then you can say these goals out loud. While you are writing and speaking, really visualize this accomplishment and think about what you are doing with this money. It doesn’t have to be about money. Maybe one of your goals is to fly first class to some destination or maybe it’s to have a six bedroom home with water front property. Or maybe it’s something completely different. These are your dreams and goals.

Writing down these affirmations and saying them out loud really does help. And I’ll admit, there have been times when I neglect doing it and then I stop doing them. Don’t beat yourself up about it. As my mentor Spencer says, ‘just start and do it!’ So don’t let anything get in your way! This takes not even fifteen minutes a day, so you have no excuses. Give it a try!
